"Been going here for all my bike needs for eight years now.
My most recent experience goes as follows... I'd lost the front brakes on my '05 Triumph St Sprint. was removing handlebar risers and disconnected the brake line...you know the rest ! So I felt like a bit of a doofus asking CNY to bleed the brakes but ,hell there it is. So it's around noon on Friday and I pull into CNY just hoping they might have mercy on me,
I didn't have an appointment so I was gettin' ready to do some begging ! hey it's a 10 minute job for someone who knows what there doin' ! Anyway, I explain my prediciment
to the mechanic at the desk and his response..."my problem,I'll take care of that." Fifteen minutes later I'm back on the road. I was expecting to pay for one hour labor,no
they charged me for 15 minutes ! This is the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. You guys ROCK !
I'll be a customer for life (kinda already was)...I cannot recommend CNY highly enough. They go beyond exceptional."
